Confirmed, great catch LifeInfusion, I hope they keep it this way
At 11 Divine, party gets healed for 52 health, every 4 seconds if needed. A few reasons why I like this better than the Healers Boon+UA combo (Healing Burst+Selfless Spirit vs Healer's Boon+GoLE+HealParty ):
MUCH less energy requirement (5e+5e vs HBoon 5e/~45secs+5e+15e),
Less casting time (.25+.75secs vs 1+2secs) *great for emergencies
Bar compression (2 skills vs 3) *esp. important for monks
Not as much spike party healing, but much more spammable AND need reliable
